Which plan fits

Free suits trying one video a week. Creator suits a channel that posts a few times a week: about 5 videos at 1080p with no watermark. Pro adds 4K, voice cloning and priority in the queue. Studio adds brand kits and three seats for a small team.

If you run out inside a window, a $5 top-up adds 80 credits that never expire.

Questions

How much does Kinereel cost?

Kinereel has four plans. Free costs $0 and includes 15 credits a week. Creator is $19 a month, Pro is $49 and Studio is $129. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free. A top-up of 80 credits costs $5.

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit Kinereel charges for a step. A 45-second video takes about 12 credits from idea to MP4, and a chat edit or a redrawn scene costs 1. You see the price before every step, and nothing runs until you approve it.

How many videos does each plan make?

Free covers about one full video a week. Creator covers about 5 a week, Pro about 15 and Studio about 40. These figures assume 45-second videos with a few edits.

What are the 5-hour and weekly limits?

Each paid plan has a credit budget for any rolling 5 hours and any rolling 7 days. Spent credits free up again as they age out of the window, and the app shows when. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire and pay for a step when a window is full.

Can I get a refund?

Failed steps refund their credits automatically. For subscription payments, Whop processes refunds. Email hello@kinereel.com with the email you paid with and we will work through Whop to resolve it.

Who handles payment?

Whop is the merchant of record. It takes your payment, issues the receipt and handles tax. Kinereel never sees your card details. You cancel a subscription in Whop at any time.

Is there a discount code?

Yes. Code EARLY30 takes 30% off the first month of Creator or Pro.

Does the free plan have a watermark?

Yes. Free exports are 720p with a watermark. Creator removes the watermark and exports at 1080p. Pro and Studio export at 4K.
